Our fully-equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge/freezer, espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hand mixer, and a freestanding induction cooker with a wide electric oven. For outdoor cooking, there's also a 4-burner barbecue with a hood for roasting.

For those who love to bake, we’ve got you covered with everything you’ll need—no need to bring anything with you!

We also stock an essentials pantry with ground coffee beans, black and herbal teas, salt, pepper, olive oil, and milk.

We can stock the fridge with everything you need for the perfect farmhouse breakfast, a charcuterie platter or a gourmet diy barbeque hamper.

Sometimes we have “Special” hampers available as well so keep an eye out!

Linning’s House is an ideal retreat for a group of adults or a romantic getaway.

While children are welcome, we kindly request that parents provide close supervision due to the presence of delicate furnishings, unfenced dams, and farm animals on the property.

Please note:

• Pets are not permitted.

• The use of candles is prohibited.

We also offer location shoots at an additional fee; these must be arranged and confirmed prior to booking.

Bridal parties and hens groups are warmly invited to enjoy Linning’s House. If you’d like to use our space to get ready on your wedding morning, we’d love to assist—please reach out to discuss your plans!

You have Linning’s House and the surrounding area all to yourself, with separate access and contactless self check in/out.

We live on the property in the farmhouse further down the driveway but like to let you do your own thing. You may see us out and about working with the animals feel free to say hi, if you would like. We like to give you space but we are available if needed.

Please note that though most days are filled only with the sound of birds and the wind through the grass, you may hear cars, slashing & or farm animals.

There is a set of stairs with handrail to enter Linning’s House. So we may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

We are located on a farm; we have horses, geese, goats & dogs on the property. There is also a potential that you may come into contact with an array of wildlife, please consider if this is going to be an issue for you before booking.

It is very important for guests to have travel insurance as very occasionally our road may close temporarily, due to flooding.

Guests must take responsibility for having insurance. We cannot issue refunds or extend bookings if your plans change or are affected by bad weather.

Twigley Farm can be accessed by rideshare and the nearest train station is Walloon - 5 minutes drive away.

Our local town of Marburg is just a few minutes' drive away. While there, visit The Soul Nook Collective and The Boys Coffee Shop, or explore the treasures at Scotland Yard Antiques. For a classic country pub experience, head a little further to Glamorganvale for the Bottletree Hotel.

For dinner in Ipswich, we recommend Monte Lane, The Commonwealth Hotel, or Bakehouse Steakhouse.

For breakfast or a coffee break, try St Shoebill Cafe, Miss Jackson, Shortblack Coffee Co, Oikos Neighbourhood, Ellen & Rod, & Baked by Joseph & Ann.
