Twigley Farm is a working farm. Please be aware that there may be workers, machinery, animals, and other activities occurring during your visit. Noise and movement are to be expected, and privacy cannot be guaranteed. If this is a concern, please discuss it with us prior to your shoot.

Bookings
Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until payment is made.

Rescheduling: We may allow one reschedule at our discretion, which will be confirmed in writing.

Cancellations: Cancellations are non-refundable.

Exclusive Use: Twigley Farm may host more than one photoshoot at a time. If you require exclusive use of the property, please inform us in advance so we can adjust the rate accordingly.

Property Care: If you hire interior spaces, please leave them as you found them. Close doors and windows, clean up any mess (e.g., flower petals), do not move furniture without prior approval. A cleaning or rubbish removal fee may be charged if these conditions are not met.

Safety
Client Responsibility: You are responsible for the safety of all clients you bring onto the farm. This includes ensuring children are well supervised at all times.

Hazards: Be aware of potential dangers such as electric fences, large animals, venomous snakes, unfenced bodies of water, and other wildlife. Exercise caution at all times.

Animal Interactions: You must only interact with animals under the supervision of Twigley Farm staff. Do not enter paddocks or enclosures without a staff member present. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the property. If you have booked animals for your shoot, it is implied that you and your clients understand the risks associated with farm animals, particularly horses. We may require signed waivers for certain activities.

Parking & Gate Access
Use the code 4178< to enter and exit the gate. If you encounter any issues, please call us at 0466 508 857. Drive slowly on the driveway and park only in designated areas.

Compliance
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in expulsion from the property without refund.
